Description

The emphasis for the junior/senior high school basketball camp is on developing moves off the dribble and being explosive. The camp lasts four days with teaching progressions for explosive moves off the dribble and finishing at the rim. Each day is two hours of intense skill development. Day one consists of stationary drills, line drills, finishers, one-foot finishers and moving drills. Day two includes learning now to veer off the defender, one-on-one pressure drills and a continued improvement on day one fundamentals. Day three adds to the finishers and cone drills and the final day brings everything together. Coach Petitgoue also discusses how to put the camp together, organize, and market. Running Time: 81 Minutes.
