This video includes two half-court zone defenses, one full-court press, and one press break. The 1-4 press break is demonstrated against both zone presses and man-to-man presses. The two half-court zone defenses are both taught with drills and 5-on-5 demonstration. The zones taught are the 3-2 and the 1-1-3. The video finishes with a 1-1-2-1 full-court press.
