This defense features man principles but a zone set up. The defense is designed to always have triangle support against the dribble and requires great communication to assure proper match-ups are maintained. Players are taught to stay with a basket cut until called off. The responsibilities for each position are discussed and demonstrated. The DVD demonstrates the defense a variety of sets that can be used including UCLA cuts, double screens, two-guard front, box set and transition offense. Running Time: 63 Minutes. 2011.
