The Pack

This defensive system, developed by Dick Bennett has made some of the toughest defensive teams in the country. The system is predicated on keeping the ball out of the middle via the pass or dribble. Constant ball pressure is applied and each off-the-ball defender is responsible for keeping the ball out of the paint. The drills for teaching this defense are demonstrated from one-on-one to five-on-five. Running Time: 65 Minutes. 1999.
