The Art Of Shooting

Coach Tony Pappas teaches shooting as well as anyone. This video breaks shooting into three components: technique, repetition, and mental. The techniques emphasized do a great job of teaching perfect form and allowing the coach or player to become a “shot doctor”. The video continues with drills to reinforce the perfect form and the footwork necessary to develop a quick release.
